How to use
Massage
Combine Calendula Infused Oil with your favourite essential oils for a calming and nourishing massage oil blend. Sunflower Oil has a medium skin penetration rate so it is ideal for use in massage as it stays on the skin the ideal amount of time to perform the massage without leaving it greasy. We love Orange #105, Lavender #102 and Marjoram #127 for a relaxing massage.
Skincare
You can use Calendula Infused Oil on its own as a body oil or as a gentle yet effective make up remover. Calendula Infused is an excellent ingredient in your homemade skincare formulations in place of a carrier oil. Can be used to make your own creams, lotions, balms, body oil and hair treatments.
Hair Care
Why not try making your own deep conditioning treatment by combining Calendula Infused Oil with Coconut Oil #203 and a few drops of Clary Sage #189, massage into your hair and scalp, leave on for an hour, or overnight, then wash as normal. Begin to lather the shampoo before adding water as this will help emulsify the oil so it will rinse out easier.
Hands and Nails
Try Calendula Infused Oil as a natural alternative to hand cream. Massage a few drops into your hands and nails to soothe dry hands.
Beauty Hack
Can be used in your homemade formulations, such as creams, lotions, balms, serums, body oils, ointments etc.
